FAQ about our Pet Products
Q: Can I use these products with my cat?
A: No, because cats metabolize essential oils differently than dogs, do not use on your cat.
Q: How do I use the sprays on my dog?
A: Spray directly onto your dog’s coat, always avoiding eyes. You can also spray on your hands and massage into your dog’s coat or spray on your dog’s brush or comb and brush in. If your dog has hot spots, spray directly onto the affected area.
Q: How often can I use the spray with my dog?
A: Use as needed. If your dog has skin allergies and hot spots, we recommend using at least twice daily. If you see that your dog is itching more during allergy season, you can use more often. The spray will help to calm and soothe your dog’s skin, no matter how often you use it.
Q: Will this harm my dog if he licks the spray off?
A: No, but in order for the spray to be therapeutic, we recommend distracting your dog by going for a walk or with play time directly after using the spray. This gives the spray a chance to do its work.
Q: Do I have to dilute the shampoo?
A: No, just wet your dog down really well all over and massage shampoo in. It has loads of lather and a little goes a long way.
Q: Do I have to use conditioner after shampooing?
A. No, but it really helps dogs with dry skin and fur that tangles.
Q: How does the Canine Calming Spray work?
A: It is formulated with Distress Remedy (an effective natural stress reliever) and calming Essential Oils. During a storm or other events your dog finds stressful (vet visits, grooming, etc.) mist all over your dog’s coat. It also helps to spray directly on your dog’s collar and also massage spray onto the back of your dog’s ears.
Q: How do I use the pet products for odor control in between baths?
A: Mist your dog with the spray daily. Spray on your dog’s bedding and anywhere they like to hang out in your house. Buy it by the gallons!
